But how, I wondered?
At the abundance of work and small children is almost impossible! When I discovered your detoxification program according Gerson, I knew that I had to try it. I joined it without hesitation or excessive expectations. I have joined your detox group of people who were also decided to change something in their lives.
At the initial lecture the desire in me grew, to test whether all promising testimonial were true.
After few days of starting the programme I felt I had more energy, I wasn’t sleepy, I started to lose weight and best of all I had no desire for sweets or any other junk food.

Decision to participate your detoxification programme according to Gerson was a great experience which equipped me with new knowledge and understanding of my body. I was really happy and can’t wait to repeat it again next autumn.
Even before your detox programme I had very healthy eating habits, but the programme made me even more sensitive to my body needs. After the detox my craving for vegetables and fruit increased even more so that my already healthy lifestyle improved even more.
Interesting effect of the programme is that my body’s craving for unhealthy food, which I always had to have under control, decreased.
Before starting the programme I feared that I will be hungry and that I won’t be able to complete it. I am happy to say that my fears were unjustified.

When a person is lost, when he’s looking for a way forward it’s time for a change.
At the right time I came across your detoxification programme which was presented to me by my co-worker.
I brought along my two daughters to the first lecture so they could hear how important it is to care for ones health. They decided that they will be my support in upcoming 14 days of detoxification, with a promise that they will drink every day at least one juice with me.
I decided for a 14-day detoxification.
Your team provided me with all needed guidance and detailed instructions and were very helpful in all aspects. Okay, I thought, I’ll just drink juices for 14 days and that will be it. Full of optimism, courage and desire I stepped into a new experience. The first two days went by with a smile on my face, lively and supple. I drank mostly carrot juice, carrot-apple juice and green juice.
And then the first challenge – why am I thirsty when I drink so much juice? Cells were longing for water because they were dehydrated. What now? After sips of water the feeling improved. First week was relatively challenging because of the large change. Next week I have become accustomed to the challenge and felt better.
A month after completing the program, I maintained fruit Mondays and enema Sundays.
I really recommend detoxification program according to Gerson. It’s not easy, it’s a challenge that will give you an experience which you will help learn about functioning of your body.

Since then I had rash on cleavage and upper back, which was very itchy, red and big as pimples. All the time I was under medical supervision and control of a dermatologist.
Laboratory results showed that I am not allergic to any food that I enjoyed. My dermatologist always gave me an ointment which helped only for short timed. After three or four weeks the rash is repeated. And so on for full two years.
In the two years I’ve had problems with rashes, I went to bioresonance, three months drank clay, visited a private dermatologist and was at two alternative healers. At one healer I got some food additives which helped me a lot. In ten days I got rid of all rashes. When I stopped taking supplements, because I ran out of money to purchase them, the rash appeared again.
By chance I came across your detox programme on internet. I attended a lecture on detoxification of the body. Then I have not yet believed in the power juices from organic vegetables and fruits.

I chose the detox according to Gerson programme because I wanted to purify my body and at the same time do something for myself.
