Privacy notice
Denis Zvegelj s.p., Ljubljanska cesta 8, 4260 Bled, Slovenia is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. This notice explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What this website collects
This is a static website. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies and it does not track you across other sites. The only cookie-like storage we use is a single local preference remembering whether you chose the light or dark theme, which never leaves your browser.
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, request, timestamp, user agent) for security and troubleshooting. These are retained for a limited period and are not used to build any profile of you.
Forms, and health information
When you send the contact form or the programme application, the answers are emailed directly to us. They are not stored in any website database.
The application questionnaire deliberately asks about diagnosis, symptoms, medication and daily habits. Under the GDPR this is special-category health data. We collect it on the basis of your explicit consent, given by the consent box on the form, and we use it for exactly one purpose: assessing whether a programme suits you and adapting it if it does.
It is read by our therapy team only. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or use it to make any automated decision about you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within twelve months.
Application and treatment records for guests who attend are kept for as long as needed to provide continuity of care and to meet legal and accounting obligations, and then deleted.
Processors and transfers
Our website and email are hosted on servers in the European Union. Programme booking and payment take place on z4p.eu, which operates its own privacy notice for the data you provide there.
We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, ask for it in portable form, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
Write to us using the details on the Find us page and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).
