What we provide

Revive Temple Bled is a wellbeing and complementary-therapy centre. We provide retreat programmes based on the Z4 Protocol, individual complementary therapies, and training seminars.

We are not a medical clinic and we do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Nothing we provide replaces care from a qualified physician. You remain responsible for your own medical decisions and for keeping your doctor informed.

Booking and payment

Programme reservations and payment are handled on our programme platform at z4p.eu, which holds live availability for every date published here. A booking is confirmed only once payment or the agreed deposit has been received.

Individual therapies and remote sessions are arranged by direct agreement and settled by bank transfer before the first session.

Prices are quoted in euro and include the services described on the relevant programme page. They do not include travel to Slovenia unless expressly stated.

Application and suitability

We ask every programme participant to complete the application questionnaire before a place is confirmed. We may decline an application, or recommend a different format, where we believe the programme is not appropriate for your situation. This is a judgement made in your interest and is not negotiable.

You must give accurate information about your health, medication and physical condition. Withholding relevant information may make the programme unsafe for you and may result in your place being withdrawn without refund.

Cancellation and changes

If you cancel more than 30 days before the start date, any amount paid beyond the deposit is refunded. Within 30 days, the fee is non-refundable, though we will normally offer to transfer your place to a later date once.

If we cancel a programme, you receive a full refund or a transfer to another date, at your choice. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us; we are not liable for travel or accommodation costs booked separately.

We may vary the daily schedule, therapists or accommodation where circumstances require it, provided the substance of the programme is maintained.

During your stay

Participation is voluntary throughout. You may decline any element of the programme, including cold exposure and physical exercise, at any time and without explanation.

You are responsible for your own belongings and for behaving considerately toward other guests. We may end a participant's stay without refund in cases of behaviour that endangers or seriously disturbs others.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes fall to the competent court in Slovenia. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
