This is one week (7days) couple retreat program, starting Monday, and finishes next Monday. It bases from our unbeatable Z4H Protocol with adoption and enhancement for relationships, so we call it Z4L protocol. The program is much more than just a protocol, it is focused on reviving original spirit in troubled relationships. You will still be subjected to relatively intense daily routine, but it is designed in a way that you spend lots of time together going through the process of personal physical, emotional and spiritual transformation as well as relationship transformation.

Z4L protocol has 4 parallel stages:
Nutrition is based off the famous Gerson therapy recommendations, and it set to around normally 10 “meals” a day, which are only freshly squeezed juices, of different flavors and ingredients, but are separated into Citrus, Fruit and green juices. Amounts and exact number is normally prescribed individually by qualified therapist. There is some extra light breakfast and lunch and early dinner all in a form of a light stimulating vegan snacks.
Physical Exercises is by default relatively mild and consist of minimum morning (longer) and evening routine and a midday “hour of power”. We insist on physical and mental exercises to get your bodies in motion, because only with motion you can clean old patterns, bad feelings, emotions, traumas. It will also sexually stimulate your body to be more attractive, more sensitive and with increased libido, we show you how to start real magic in relationship. Base of this Couple Retreat Program is still mental work, discussions in groups, individual sessions, talking, practicing proper communications, and learning different aspects or relationships. We go into basics of tantra, once we clear the blockages that were preventing your relationship to take a full swing. You will gain a lot of very useful knowledge to take home and use it in your daily life. Whatever we teach you is simple and designed in the way that minimum amount of time is consumed, so it can be sustainable once you return back home.
